Dead Or Alive

Grupo británico de los '80 de la onda New Wave que luego mutaría al estilo electrónico. Su gran éxito fue You spin me round (like a record) que salió en el disco Youthquake de 1985. Otras de sus canciones conocidas son In too deep, I'll save you all my kisses, Lover come back to me, Brand new lover, My heart goes bang, Hooked on love y There is something in my house.

Ha realizado además reversiones de temas clásicos como That's the way (I like it), Rebel rebel, y Even better than the real thing.

Su cantante es abiertamente homosexual, manifestándolo explícitamente en su canción Isn't it a pity. Su imagen resultó chocante y escandalosa para muchos en esa época, y poco a poco fue incluso radicalizándola.
