KIM is a new artist on the Danish pop scene who also had a new musi project called Fantasillion. Last year in September he announced that he was gonna writ, produce and release his debut album in excactly 9 months. And so, 9 months went by, and now he's firts album is ready: 'Under Pressure'.
His first single from the album 'When the River Runs Dry' was released with 2 single 'Choirboy'. A song about falling in love with a sexy, determined and slightly older woman. KIM calls it a 'sassy tribute to his girlfriend'. Danish singer Christine Milton is featured on the song (best known from the smash hit 'Superstar'). KIM written, recorded and mixed the album himself. He plays all of the instruments and he spent lots of lots of hours creating the sound for his debutalbum. Three of the songs are co.writen with danish singer-songwriter 'Ida Gard' among others the opening track 'Hungry Hearted People'.
If you ask KIM about his music, he calls it 'grandiose 80's inspired synthpop - and it forced to narrow it down - POP'! He's a sucker for a killer-chorus and loves funky vibes, but it's really all about writing a good song.
