Biografía de Powderfinger
Powderfinger es una banda australiana, formada en Brisbane, en 1989. Desde 1992, está compuesta por Bernard Fanning, Darren Middleton, Ian Haug, John Collins y Jon Coghill. Su disco Internationalist, de 1998, llevó a la banda al éxito internacional, desde entonces, han cosechado numerosos éxitos comerciales y de crítica, recibiendo importantes premios, entre ellos, 15 ARIA awards, siendo la segunda banda en recibir el mayor número de ellos, después de Silverchair. Luego de un hiatus en el 2005, lanzan Dream Days at the Hotel Existence, en el 2007. En el 2009, lanzan Golden Rule, el cual sería su ultimo disco, ya que la banda anunció su separacíon definitiva, al terminar su último tour, el cual finalizará en noviembre del 2010.
