If this isn't 100% correct, it's damn close.  I'm not sure of all the correct 

chord voicings, so I chose what sounded best to me.  When I saw Kevin Griffin play 

this live, he played in the same key but without a capo and with different 

chords.  This still sounds closest to the CD version, imo.  Have fun playing this
