The song has quite straightforward chords but an unusual structure and strumming pattern.



There are 3 distinct 'non-verse' sections which I have called Choruses. - so Choruses 1 and 3 are the same;

as are Choruses 2, 4 and 6.  And there is a single other Chorus 5 which is unique.



Some of the chord changes are a beat or half-beat 'early' (ie not exactly on the start of a bar).

If you know the song well you can add these refinements as you go along.
