This is a absolutely beautiful cover version of a Damien Jurado song  by Anna-Lynne Williams
(AKA Lotte Kestner) from her great record  Stolen
I won t tab the picking pattern for the bass notes because it s slightly difficult and 
I d reckon if your able to fingerpick to that level you ll be able to figure it out anyway
