OKAY, for some reason it will not let me add the CAPO 2 version
It keeps changing the chords to different chords
I think the original is in F#? Someone will correct me if that's wrong
I'm sure.
So try putting your CAPO on the 2nd FRET and playing in E
Transpose to +9 to see the song in the Key of E.
You can also transpose to +7 and CAPO on 3 for another version.
My daughter prefers singing in the Key Of D
For singing down the pub? The key of G seems to suit most everyone.
Takes yer pick
Hope you enjoy

FLOWER OF SCOTLAND
NO CAPO | CAPO 3rd FRET
G | D
D | A
C | G
F | C
G G D G G
Oh flower of Scotland, When will we see your like again
C G D G
That fought and died for, Your wee bit, Hill and glen
C G C G
And stood against him, Proud Edward's army
C G F G
And sent him homeward, To think again
G G D G G
The hills are bare now, And autumn leaves lie thick and still
C G D G
O'er land that is lost now, Which those so, dearly held
C G C G
And stood against him, Proud Edward's army
C G F G
And sent him homeward, To think again
G G D G G
Those days are passed now, And in the past they must remain
C G D G
But we can still rise now, And be the nation a-gain
C G C G
That stood against him, Proud Edward's army
C G F G G
And sent him homeward, To think again
G G D G
The hills are bare now, And autumn leaves lie thick and still

O'er land that is lost now, Which those so, dearly held

Oh flower of Scotland, When will we see your like again

That fought and died for, Your wee bit, Hill and glen
C G C G
And stood against him, Proud Edward's army
C G F G
And sent him homeward, To think again
