Biografía de The Avett Brothers
The Avett Brothers es un grupo folk-rock procedente de Carolina del Norte formada por dos hermanos, hijos de un pastor metodista: Scott y Seth, al banjo y la guitarra respectivamente (aunque en realidad son multiinstrumentistas) y completado por Bob Crawford (bajo) y y Joe Kwon.
En sus álbumes se combina el blues, el punk, el pop, las melodías folk, el rock y hasta el ragtime para producir un sonido muy propio . La música de The Avett Brothers es cálida, acogedora, nostálgica y hasta en ciertos momentos divertida ;es una de las propuestas más interesantes del alt-folk estadunidense de la actualidad.
